Anyone tired this program? I've just being using it since yesterday and I have to say that I'm really impressed with the ease that I can remotely access my PC's desktop.

I don't know what you're looking for exactly, but I've had great success with Windows "Remote Desktop". It's built right into windows and works great. Just set up the server on your host and connect from any Windows computer anywhere. |

Live mesh is even easier than using the windows remote server feature and it allows you the ability easily sync and share your folders on multiple devices. You also have access to an online desktop where you can store up to about 5 gigabytes worth of files. |

With remote desktop I can store/share 2 full hard-drives worth of files (host and remote), it's absolutely free with Windows, doesn't need a webrowser, and is easy as pie to set up.
Plus it's not an Apple product. |

First of all RDP requires opening of ports, unless you got a VPN, setup.
WTF does Apple product have anything to do with it.
Teamviewer does everything plus more then RDP, Whiteboard, Chat, Presentation mode, vpn, etc.. RDP is very limited. Its a gimped implementation of Terminal Services. Teamviewer is in a different league.
To the other poster Teamviewer is a program that lets you control your desktop anywhere in the world. |

Live Mesh is a data synchronization system from Microsoft that allows files and folders to be shared and synchronized across multiple devices. [1] Live Mesh consists of a software component that allows synchronization relationships to be created among different devices. Once a folder is set for synchronization, it will be available in all devices, and any changes made to the content of the folder will be reflected across all devices.[2] Live Mesh uses FeedSync to convey the changes made in each device so that the changes can be synchronized.[3] The information about devices and folders participating in a synchronization relationship is not stored locally but at the service-end.[4] Devices in a sync relationship are collectively referred to as a Mesh.[4]
