Any place in Rajasthan. Mysore. Jogja. Hong Kong. Chuncheon. Portland. Wellington. Dublin. Strasbourg. What a strange combination of places. I almost listed Sacramento but my mind suddenly kicked in.....

Actually I prefer the wilderness.

I haven't been to half as many places most people on here have been, but these are my favorites.

1. Lexington, KY, USA - Clean, quaint, pretty.
2. San Antonio, TX, USA - Great downtown. Beautiful women.
3. Raleigh, NC, USA - Green and clean.
4. Istanbul, Turkey - Friendly people. Fun city. Beautiful women.
5. Prague - Pretty architecture downtown. Nice ladies and pubs.
6. Berlin, Germany - Great public transportation, restaurants, etc.
7. Seoul - Great public transportation. Cheap for foreigners.
8. Nha Trang, Vietnam - Extremely friendly people; very polite.
9. Charlotte, NC, USA - Green and relatively quiet.
10. Nashville, TN, USA - Would be top 3 if not for religious extremists.

Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Maumere, Indonesia
Berlin, Germany
Luang Prabang, Laos
Bagan, Myanmar
Glasgow, Scotland
Hanoi, Viet Nam
Copenhagen, Denmark

I also have a love-hate relationship with Bangkok, Thailand. I always leave hating the place with a passion, but before long I get those pangs of desire to return. It's almost like a bad addiction.

Just got back from NYC. Been before, but never rode the subway. First night there, me and the GF headed out for dinner and took the F to 59th. "Watch out for the rats" she said. Hearing this, I looked down onto the tracks and immediately saw a big dead one between the tracks, freshly sheared (almost) in two. As I stood there gazing at it, another rat appeared and promptly ran across to his dead disemboweled buddy, sniffed him for a second or two and then inserted his whole head inside him and (I presume) began eating his internals. I reached for my camera, but alas, the subway came along and scared him off before I had a chance to take a picture.

Lovely.

Did you now Montreal has the highest rate of mental illness of any North American city?!? the culture and fashion are completely tacky. Tantamount to Eurotrash. The winters are Donner Party esque. It is a pretty shitty city.

Ya but the chicks are hot. If you need proof look at pics of Misa Campo.

...and they treat tourists/transients like ass. I was in Montreal for a very brief time and I got shat on more times in two and a half days than I did in a year in Korea. I have a friend there now and I hear it's the same story for her.

I haven't met one Francophone Canuck that didn't have their heads eight miles up their own ass.

This is VERY true, and one I cannot believe I forgot to mention. They bust your balls for not being able to speak French. And I say I'm American dude. Bilingual in America is SPANISH.

Are the girls hot. Yeah they are. But they walk around with such snobbery, contempt, and insecurity it is exhausting. Don't go to Montreal.[/quote]
