Damn, i hate Star Trek:

Aliens are never really too alien-looking, just quazy-human (budget you know).

Alien races are made to resemble one or anther of the human race (very unoriginal and mostly prejudiced).

This was explained to be because a God-like race "seeded" the galaxy. Hence Humans, Romulans, Bajorans, etc all look similarly humanoid because they are all part of the same alien diaspora.

Didn't you hear? She's not stupid. She said she's "playing a role on TV". Uh-huh. The same role over several shows and several years, all on reality TV.

Socialized... not socialist. And considering they are in New Jersey (which is not in Canada) I somehow doubt that's true. On an unrelated note why is it a "damned SOCIALIST health plan"? Yay propaganda.

They let you? I was out of the country for just over two years and when I went in for a checkup (for new E2 regulations) they made me pay. They told me I had to be in the country for at least 4 months or some such before I'd be covered again.

I get away with it because it's my family doctor, and I only want a prescription refilled. He's nice enough to oblige.

I'm not quite sure how checking a suspect's face against images of your home will help...

TV criminals, so as to guarantee capture by the police when being chased, make sure that you run upstairs. Preferably, up onto a rooftop where you'll either get trapped, shot by a marksman or plunge to your death.
