It occurs to me that most horror stories I've read about bad hagwon bosses and directors have been men.
So...it begs the question...Are you better off with a female boss?
I'm sure there are exceptions on both sides, but in general, what has been your experience? |

| I think it's a mixed bag. However I do believe that women are more kind so perhaps this reflects on that opinion. Like you said, there are exceptions. |

| I have a female Principal and VP....they're amazing....NO BS either....I've heard of others getting crazy women as bosses or the bat s*** insane wife of a hagwon director butting into your business. |
