My public school wants me to sign a Letter of Agreement allowing the government to post my personal information, educational experience, and work experience in the NEIS database. The NEIS database currently contains all the records for the Korean public school teachers.

Any other public school teachers presented with this. The deadline is Friday.

I've been using it for a year. If it is just your details they're after, don't worry too much about it. If they want you to use the NEIS system for everything else, RUN. The system is a complete pain in the arse. All of my leave, meetings, functions etc. must be entered.

As with all things Korean and ActiveX related, it crashes constantly and is plagued with malware.

I'd avoid it at all costs. That said, you probably can't.
