The site also has a useful Q&A section where you can post enquiries and get answers on pretty much anything (bus schedules, problems dealing with immigration and employers, how to find your natural parents in Korea (if you are a kyopo) etc. Access this by clicking on the linked picture on the right of the webpage Gyeonggi Province�s Q&A, or use this link

The site has a lot of useful information but it�s rather poorly laid out I think.
