Can anybody recommend a good discussion text book for intermediate level middle school students. I have been put in charge of getting new text books (school paying) and i can't really make a decision. The last book we used was the my world 2 which was at approximately the right level.
I have spent a few hours looking at text books, and they seem to come in two flavours,
-the updated editions of the PNU books (which actually appear to be quite good) but which I am afraid might be a little difficult
-and the dialogue books (which I don't like for speaking classes)
