I jest. Actually, they did OK.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwJEwcDbgis

For some reason, all of them, except for Yoobin, have adopted English-sounding names (Sun, Yeni, Sun, and Kelly).

The one talking the most spoke English well enough, saying the art show was "intriguing and beautiful... it's awesome."

But, at the end of the clip, that was the lamest effort and performance of a bit of a song.

(two minutes of my life on this was more than enough,... excuse me)

"Well, we just want to see this, this wonderful, you know, art, art, you know..."

The chick who took the lead definately has the dumb teenage American blond act down pat.

Anyway, good on them for getting up there and trying. Koreans have a way to go yet with their English, but hey, that's why we're here!

I think these gals have the same English coach that Rain uses. Laughing

Lots of "you knows" and "um, yeahs" to fill the spaces. It was very rehearsed and a bit awkward, but still not too shabby. It's just nice to see young Korean women using English without covering their mouths and turning away every 3 seconds in embarassment.

Koreans aren't nearly as nervous about English if there isn't 40 other Koreans in earshot secretly judging his/her English.

Still though, this took some moxie.

not bad.

the main speaker' English-ee has always been the best among them and it's gotten noticeably better.

I'm most impressed by the lack of the heavy Korean/Asian accent.

and maybe they were right, maybe Yoobin has gotten "fat", her face is noticeably heavy.

She's not fat, she's got "wide Korean face". Any trace of flesh gives a moon face look.

.... You know that debate we had a million years ago where I claimed you thought normal looking women were too fat? I just won it right there.

nah.

btw. the "normal women" line is a line of argument adopted by TODAY's obese and overweight females to justify their state of overweightness. Today's "normal" women looked nothing like "normal women" even as recently as 20 years ago.

anyways

maybe I misphrased that. What I meant to say is her face looks noticeably heavier than the face I really liked in the vidoe.

very plain and a bit heavy, I dont know enough about Korean facial structures to judge whether it's "typical" though yes you see a lot of women around with those kinds of faces.

She's got the big old "moonface" going on - and I know ALL about moonfaces, because I had one for a very long time and even now I'm quite predispositioned towards having one.

two ways to immediately tell whether 666 is putting on weight.
1) pants don't fit
2) moonface returns

I thought Yoobin was the hottest W_girl in the So Hot and Tell me Vids (and clearly so) - and I guess it's just slight disappointment that she doesn't look that hot anymore.
