I know it's a bit late, but my school were really confused over this issue and they made a mess of the whole thing. I didn't get any money back, unfortunately, but it has occurred to me that I haven't paid much income tax here.
Brits get 2 years tax free, so I've only paid 3 or 4 months of Korean income tax. Am I entitled to that oil tax refund?
