Today is our school ceremony. I will probably have to attend it, I had to sit there for about 30 minutes last year.

I dress smart/casual. But I never wear a suit. Why?

I don't want to wash it if it gets dirty. Too much effort. I only wear it for very important occasions i.e. getting married.

I also don't like to sit with my Korean 'colleagues' either. When it's my turn to stand at the front and acknowledge the crowd, I smile and wave politely.

I will never pretend to bow like the rest. I can't stand pretending to be Korean, when they have little respect for natives and anything non-Korean.

At least I have no class today. Spring camp starts tomorrow.

How do you feel about 'dressing up' for the ceremony?

Do you like the ceremony? Laughing

I knew a guy who got married in jeans. He's from West Virginia, oddly.
