I have been to Kyobo Bookstore and Youngpoong Bookstore but all there magazines are between 15,000-30,000 won! Any places that have cheaper magazines?

The USO sells some general interest mags at US prices. I'm not sure how extensive their selection is, but worth checking out if you're looking for popular, high circulation magazines. Civilians welcome.

do you lot just bin/recycle your old magazines? Seems mad to just throw them when I've spent the same amount as I would on a book for each one.

if those prices are for an annual subscription then that is reasonable considering they are imported.
