My current contract ends in two weeks. I have found a new job and would like to transfer the visa to the new position. Is this possible even though last year I did the same thing?
Or do I have to go through all the hoops?
I am hoping to just transfer it before the date expires just like last time. |

Yes, you can just transfer your visa without jumping through extra hoops. You will need to get a LOR from your school and transfer before your current visa expires. |

If you have previous done your background check and medical, then it is possible. |

Yes that's right and the CBC also needs to have been either apostillized in your home country or notarized by your embassy here in Korea.
Also note Canadian citizens must have a vulnerable sector search included with their CBC. |

I am pretty sure you can fly here as a boat would take along time.
What would happen if the visa boat sunk and they lost all those teachers at once. That would be horrible. friggin shocking man. |

Okay so I have hoops.
What exactly did you take with you to the medical check? Can I just show up? Do they give you the paperwork the same day? Do they mail you the paperwork or do they mail it to immigration? |
