It's a bribe. They'll agree to stop, get the aid and then renege. Happens every time. It's pure blackmail. Hillery sux even worse then The Man What Am! |

I only skimmed the article, but I didn't see reference to the threat to shoot down the missile or that US naval ships have moved into the area.
Anyway, this 'normalization' is the carrot to the the stick. Always a good diplomatic strategy. |
