I don't think that's relevant at all. Firstly, you don't have to think very much of your home country to believe its better than all the rest. Secondly, the superiority complex is really about how Brits treat non-Brits, not how Brits talk amongst themselves. Lastly, as I understand it the Brits have a very mild climate. Didn't a few inches of snow simply shutdown London?

Firstly, suppose thats true, just having a moan myself there arent I?

The climate = cold, raining, grey, miserable.
