Well if my information is correct [I have a itinerary but can't find the link to where I got it, it was from one of the topics on this site].
The orientation ends Saturday morning [07/03] and then we are taken to our apartments, I don't know if your apartment will have internet when you arive, but its easy to get, and until that time look for the PC signs on buildings [internet cafes].
see you at the orientation |

The chance of your apartment having a working internet connection when you arrive is almost zero. Internet is easy to get AFTER you have your medical exam... which you need to apply for your ARC... which you need in order to open a bank account... which you need in order for any ISP to deal with you. The time frame involved will depend largely on you co-teacher/handler (and your own initiative). A good 'rule of thumb' is to figure on about a month. |

If you don't want to wait until your medical exam, you can call KT and sign up with just your passport. You will have to go to the local office so they can make copies, but they'll have you hooked up within a day or two. I believe this is the number for services in English: 02) 520-7800 |

Some officetels you just cant sign up randomly because the landlord has an exclusive deal with certain telecom providers. |

or... you can just search for a wireless signal (this'll work best if you're in a large officetel) |
