Ouch! Anyways, I will provide an update on my current status.

I've nearly completed my complaint but with an added twist. I will also be naming Benjamin Wagner on the complaint as well since he has been in direct contact + consultation with ATEK on this matter. I am not privy to the exact relationship between himself and ATEK, but if ATEK is acting on his advice and he is acting on behalf of their interests, then his report is not his alone, but based on the political agenda of ATEK. I'm sure Benjamin Wagner knows the legal view "Sue everyone and let the courts figure it out".

Since there is an unusually large amount of coverage linking him to ATEK, I've decided to attach his name to the complaint as well. I also know that he himself is not on an F-5 visa, and hence could be in violation of his visa since his report is politically motivated by ATEK and he himself has allowed ATEK to have a copy of his report while being kept shielded from the public. This demonstrates a very direct rather than passing link of Benjamin Wagner and ATEK.

To those who have msg'd me privately, I will be finishing the report tomorrow and will provide you all a copy of my complaint which will go into the ministry mail this Wednesday.

I apologize for the delay, but I wanted to think more this past week-end after a busy Thur/Fri last week that kept me from writing.

Mods, can we have an answer as to why the thread was deleted?

I feel that the issue was pertinent here and the thread was for the greater good of teachers by explaining an issue that could have effects for all teachers, be it negatively or positively.

Is it Dave's policy to remove any thread at the request of its initiator, no questions asked?

If that is the case, so be it. I still don't know the reason it was deleted, but with the absence of any other evidence, I'm left to assume at this point that that is what happened.

I am trying to reserve judgment at this point, time will tell. Seems to be the catch phrase with all things ATEK.

I put a lot of time in writing my posts. I was forced to add them to the sticky thread because my thread on the topic was locked and a mod posted that any new threads would be deleted. I.E. add it to the sticky or don't post about ATEK.

Censorship. Wow. Its like looking at an updated history book and seeing all references to a past event have been deleted and all old history books have been burned.

I just checked my post history and all record of those posts are gone so I can't even copy and paste. I have no record of anything. I just hope that those who were actively posting on the sticky don't start disappearing one by one.

It was probably pulled b/c of all the attacks made and the same posts being made by the same people over and over even when they've been responded to and answered.

I'm curious what the big revelations were that came to light? The only stuff I saw was the same stuff that was on page 1 except more vicious and mean-spirited.
