I'm in the process of looking for an entry level job in Korea, and as such I'm using recruiters to locate attractive contracts. I posted my resume on Dave's and have had an overwhelming amount of replies. I would say the majority of which are from recruiters who write English as a second language.

Naturally I'm more inclined to work with a company with a base in the west and with agents who are either Canadian, American or British and speak english as a first language. Is this being overly cautious/cynical?

If anyone can recommend an agency that they've had an outstanding experience with I'm all ears. Keep in mind my situation as a newbie.

And BTW what's with all the hotmail and yahoo email accounts with Korean recruiters, if your going to use a public email domain at least go with Gmail.
