I don't know how much the Korean airlines charge, but you can check Cathay Pacific to see if it's cheaper. I think you'd have to change planes in Hong Kong, but if that doesn't bother you here's the link:

the cheapest ticket for 1 month is philippine airlines at 285,000 won plus 83,600 tax... departing on march 1st until march 31st

Ok, this is the mother of all Seoul-Manila flights:

90-day return ticket

Airline: Cebu Pacific Air

So, I'm not sure how this works, but basically a few Korean travel agencies have this flight even though Cebu Pacific posts nothing about it on its website.
If you go on Tour Cabin (www.tourcabin.com) you will see a few agencies who offer this flight.

If your Korean isn't great, have a Korean call these places and book for you.

www.okair.co.kr specializes in flights to the philippines... they have an english speaking filipina you could talk to... their office is located in hyewha-dong, right across the catholic church

Anyone have any updated info regarding Seoul-Manila R/T tickets? I'm thinking about going to the Phils late next month. The fares for both Korean Air and Cathay Pacific were ridiculously high on their websites. Asiana's was ok (440k or so) This is for a three month stay, so I'm thinking that's why I am getting quoted the strange prices. Thanks.

Yeah, cebu pacific is the cheapest your gonna get - but you have to phone them direct, they don't offer this flight on their website.

Dont go to Manila, you will regret it. Trust me. Pick anywhere else.
