Canadian bus drivers calling the "deputy"? Laughing

(the op of this thread is sportsguy35, the troll who started all those kimberly threads... he's just trolling some more here.)

That said, if the driver was in Canada he's lose his job over that. In Korea there would be a statement of misunderstanding or some such excuse.

I know. I am trying to prove a point of how ridiculous things have gotten on this board where people post random videos of Asians and then slam all Koreans even though the person in the video was obviously from China.

Don't be so obtuse if you want to make a point here in Off Topic.
Most of us aren't capable of making that kind of quantum leap.
Liberal troll.

maybe i've gone native here in korea, but i think the little puke kid got exactly what he was asking for. telling someone to f-off = getting slapped upside the head. it's too bad he had to learn it from the bus driver instead of his parents. being a school bus driver in north america is probably the worst job i can imagine.

I agree. Those kids deserved to be smacked when they didn't sit sdown when told to. My dad used to reach into the back seat and give us a smack as he was driving. Never begrudged it, we always had it coming. Boys need a firm hand, and when they don't have it, they grow up to be delinquents.

The guy should be fired, but the kid did have it coming. If you stand up, get in the bus driver's face and tell him to "screw" off, you get what's coming to you. If I were in that situation, I'd handle it a little differently, but I don't think he did anything too horrible.

Best way to handle it: Just don't go anywhere until everyone is sitting down. The kids usually want to get the hell out of school.
