I'm watching on ABC on TVU - It blanks every every 10 minutes or so, but comes right back by clicking on "refresh" or the channel link again.
You can download it from various websites, including download.com -

| There's another channel that just says "Live Oscar Telecast" which I watched some of the pre-show on earlier, but I think that's from another country ... |

If you have the TVU player downloaded you don't need any other link - you just click on a channel -
I'm not tech savvy myself - if you're not either , it would probably have been better to download it from their own website which gives more explanations ... http://www.tvunetworks.com/
I gave the other download site first because I thought it was quicker.
