Does anyone know a hospital close to downtown where I can get a hassle-free medical check for my E-2 renewal?

Also, I've searched and can't seem to find a form for the check up...does anyone have a link?

Daegu Red Cross (Downtown)

Across the street from Donga-Shopping Department Store at Banwoldang Subway Station.

Standing in front of the big Samsung building, walk past the department store and cross the street at the pedestrian crosswalk.
It's just to the left of the crosswalk.

The medical check costs 91,000 or 98,000won. I can't recall exactly.
Go to the counter on the first floor for forms. There are some instructions on how to fill out the forms on the other glass counter by the front door.

Hyundae E hospital, down the street from Children's Park, is about 42,000 won.
