|
|
My new job is doing the key money / stipend combo.
I'm working in the Sinchon area, and although I'd like to live near work, two years of studio apartment living are getting to me. I'm willing to travel a little to find a nicer place (for cheap.)
Any recommendations on where to start looking?
And, for that matter, how do I go about getting housing? My school will help me, but they want me to stay near Sinchon, and they don't want to go too far out of the way to help me -- can't blame them if I'm looking 45minutes or an hour away. I speak enough Korean to hand motion what I want to the 부동산. So.....
Thanks for the help!

Villas in Itaewon are dirt cheap, 'cause that's where all the dirty foreigners are. |

I am now inserting a finger into my mouth and pushing it down my throat to induce vomiting after hearing that suggestion. |

yeongdeungpo, dongjak, the area around konkuk-dae, and yes, itaewon/noksapyeong. there are probably others. |
