I think the Koreans might like it as a quaint novelty--but the older generations would probably see it as a bastardization.
It sounds like it could be good; from their website, it sounds like they're trying to take the disgusting out of Korean food--not a bad idea. |

I'd try it in LA. Something about regular sanitation checks by the health department appeals to me.
Congrats to the owners for making a buck in this economic environment. |

It brings to mind a burrito that I had one time at that mexican place in Bundang's Samsung Plaza. It had frozen peas in it. |

I don't understand why some nations take perfectly good food and mess it up with disgusting additions, like English sandwiches with sweetcorn in it, or the infamous beans on toast.
Or, in Korea, anything with anything. |

Looks delicious,
I'd eat it, I'm concerned though that most Koreans wouldn't take to the fusion like LA would. It is my assumption that LA Koreans are well infused with Mexican food so the combination isn't so alien to them. But Koreans aren't so much used to eating Mexican food.
Actually this fusion is really just bulgogi in a taco. It isn't so much Korean food as it is Mexican food. At least in my opinion |

I saw a tortilla galbi resttaurant in namdemun not long ago so I'm sure it would work. |

Baked beans on toast?
You can't beat it, esp throw in some chilli sauce, mushrooms and silverbeet. You got a healthy start to the day |

Or perhaps it's the exquisite cultural co-mingling inherent in the food that draws crowds; the only-in-L.A. combination of two of the city's most beloved ethnic cuisines. |
Yes, Los Angeles, the only city where Latino and Koreans both live.
Dumb line. |

Hey - Tuna and Sweetcorn sandwiches are delicious!! - don't people eat them everywhere?? And beans on toast is one of my favourites, especially with the curry beans back in Ireland^^ |

I had a "burrito" here from a buffet style restaurant. It was cold, it didn't have chili, refried beans or anything familiar, or anything familiar to it other than cheese and tortilla... for heaven's sake, they didn't even use lettuce, they used cabbage!!!
In LA, I might try it, but in Korea.... no, no, and no |
