I have a normal Korean Thermostat in my officetel. Anyways when I try to turn on my heating or hot water a red light begins to flash under a spot that says hwak in (translated from Korean characters) and I never get any hot water.
I've got no idea why it's doing this.
Thanks. |

| Best thing I can think of, find the actual boiler itself. It's possible it's been turned off. |

Means your boiler cant turn on.
Best bet is to check under the boiler for a valve or tap that will bleed some water out of the system (give it like 30 seconds) then look for something that looks like a reset button. Chances are you'll be good to go. |

| Normally when that happens it means you don't have enough water in the boiler for it to function. There should be a knob that you can turn on to fill it with water. It should work. |

| Not sure of the type of boiler you have, but when this happened in my former apartment, it meant the tank was out of fuel oil (kerosene) |

| When it happened to me, I needed to have it serviced. Then, it happened again. The repairman came and fixed it again. It has worked like a charm ever since. |
