According to playasia.com http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-dw-49-en-15-fifa+09-70-2tez-43-bn.html
The asian version does work for both Asian and U.S. consoles. I'm surprised as usually EA is strictly region free. Can anyone confirm this? I saw it at emait for 49000 won and was tempted but wanted to see if anyone else had got it and used it on their U.S. console. Thanks in advance... |

| the versions they have on play-asia aren't always the same as those in Korea. On play-asia they will definitely be in English but I've found thats not always he case with the Korean versions. I'm yet to buy an Xbox game from Korea as all the ones I have wanted have been in Korean only. |

| Yeah there have been instances of the Korean version being only Korean, like Halo 3 I believe. My friend also got CAll of Duty 3 awhile ago and while it worked the menus, subtitles etc were all in Korean, same for recently released Call of Duty 5 too. Anyway there are some cases like Star Wars Force Unleashed that do work and are all in English. It's a crapshoot I guess. I just wondered if someone had taken the chance and bought it here for the U.S. console. |

| I reckon because football is pretty popular here that it would be in Korean, but that's a complete guess. I suppose you could ask in a few of the Yongsan stores. |
