기상 means weather or temperature, so that would be the current temp in the apart
시간 means time, so that would set a timer of how long it would be on
방범 from my translation, means crime prevention, so my guess is it means you are going out, and you want to set the temp at a certain level.
취침 means sleep, so you set the temp for a certain level when sleeping.
