If a contract is signed and immi has not issued the visa confirm yet for the visa run, can I change my mind and go to a different school? |

check the contract and make sure the school hasn't put in a clause that protects them from this
i've heard of some contracts that say the employee will have to pay "damages" if they do this exact thing
you can do this, you'll just have to go through the whole visa process again |

As long as the school hasn't submitted your docs yet to immigration it shouldn't be a problem. If immigration has received your documents and started the Visa process it is on your record. It can be cancelled and a new Visa issued but it will be on your file. |
