|

One of my old co-teachers gave me a big box of Korean red ginseng before she left.
I have no idea what to do with it. Do I eat it? Do I make a tea out of it? Does anyone know?
It's not something I ever would have bought myself, but now that I have it I figure I might as well try it out. |

| You can cook with it. Use it in Samgyetang (chicken soup). |

It's in a box, so I'm assuming it's either dried or steamed.
I really have no idea how to make chicken soup, so I don't think I'll be using it for that! I tried it once in a bosintang restaurant though, and it's pretty good soup. |
