This has been driving me insane.

Where the hell can you find Western makes of jeans that actually have a variation in leg sizes? Every shop seems to buy them in at maximum leg size, so that when they cut it shorter, you end up with the anal area over the back of your thigh, so they look shit.

They seriously expect me to fork out almost triple the bloody price for a pair of western made jeans when they're going to butcher the shit out of them.

Does anyone know anywhere in the big cities I can look at jeans that have all the leg sizes? Seriously, I will travel to go to a shop that does that.

1. I don't understand your 'anal area'.
2. Get them hemmed. My ajumma does a good job, and I look like a rock star wearing my man ochun jeans.
3. I'm 6'0 tall.

Ladies jeans - awesome shop.

Doota Tongdaemun B1 117.118

The lady there doesn't speak much English, but I went in several times postpartum while I was getting back down to my pre-pregnancy size, and was very satisfied with the styles... Great quality not "mom style" jeans.

I'm probably going to get a few more pairs before I leave Korea. "Skinny" jeans were 49 000 won and regular ones (whiskering, raw denim style) were 59 000 won.

I'm a bloke.

The anal area is the area of the jeans that if correctly sized would go around your anus/arse/backside/bum/rear (how else can i possibly explain this) but when in an altered pair of jeans is situated around your upper thigh/lower thigh area, making a a big sag appear in a pair of jeans that cost three times what you would pay back home.

I'm beggining to think this is just me who has noticed this.

Bump. I'd really like a store that sells jeans that have bigger legs. I'm a dude with big (not long) legs and jeans here often don't fit me. My waist is size 30, but I have to wear a size 32 or 34 to fit my thighs into the jeans. At home I always bought relaxed fit.

I don't get it, if they are cutting the length of the leg, how does that cause the part that covers your ass to sag? They cut the length from the bottom of the leg don't they? So shouldn't the waist area still be in the same spot?

Because if you are short and you wear a pair of jeans for a tall bloke the arse area is bigger/lower, therefore when you cut the jeans, the arse area is bigger/lower than it should be for a 30 leg thus a big sag on the back of the thigh. They don;t just lengthen the bottom half of the jeans for tall people, hey stretch the length of the whole jeans.

Seriously, I'm clearly the only person in the universe this affects so don't worry about it.

You lost me.

yes, the pants here are sold long. As far as I can tell, there is only one size, XXX Long.

Have you noticed how more than half of the people walking around in pants have cuffs that drag on the ground, or accordion pants legs stuffed in their boots?

At least with jeans you can roll up the legs. But there is a catch: without a dryer, you can't pre-shrink the jeans. So they are going to gradually get shorter. And if you take them home and wash and dry them, they might not fit.

If you're an ESL teacher, paying 250,000 for jeans in Korea, you are a moron.

Or someone who doesn't want to look crap, which you may have noticed around 75 percent of the foreign community do. If the pair fit well and are well made, I will pay 120 quid for jeans cus they last for ages and you can wear em a helluva lot, but obviously I will try and find a pair for less. T-shirt/shirt i wouldn't pay shit for, but jeans are a different matter (same with shoes and jackets.)

Just because I live abroad doesn't mean i'm going to dress like a scruffy c**t.
