I just got here and want to get a phone. Some of the cell phone stores are telling me the only way to get a prepaid phone is to buy one used. I really don't want to sign up for a year long plan so this question is about getting a cell that is used or prepaid only.

| Many cellphone stores will have one or two used phones they can sell you. If your not picky just pop in a few different stores and ask. |

yes the above poster is right.....just go to a few different ones and ask for a chargee phone....ive seen them pull them out of shoeboxes, usually a ton to choose from.
specifically i know there is a show in nampodong you could go to....but im sure any of these places in busan station have them too. |
