I told a 26yr old woman yesterday what the barber poles mean. She had no idea...

Is this true? Are there a lot of Koreans who don't know how widespread prostitution is? Is this the best kept secret in Sparkling?

Let me get this straight. ALL venues with barber poles are selling sex? Can someone without any knowledge of these places assuming they are a barber shop step in and get a clean haircut?

In a small town in China I asked why was there so many pink light places.

I was told by many people the reason there was so many pink light places was westerners like to use them a lot.

I then said well there was only 12 westerners that lived in that city and got a strange look.

I then under my breath said that those 12 guys must be very busy keeping all the pink light places going.
