Yes. Buy them anywhere. Leave them on the counter for a couple of days. Undercook. Eat. |

The only kind I've seen are just steamed w/ the typical wasabi/gochujang/soy-sauce to dip it in, unfortunately. |

Pohang is well known for King Crab. It's not in Seoul Obviously but if you want awsome crab so that's the place to go.
They have a whole street lined up with King Crab resturants.... In fact the bridge that connects you over there...has a giant crab statue... I really recommend going.
While on the subject, the proper way to eat a crab is to flip it on it's backside and attack it's weak point for massive damage.
Curious so, do Koreans eat crab with butter? |

Baltimore, Maryland is the place to get great seafood. You need old bay seasoning! |

No_hite, it's funny you mention that what set off my craving was a scene in the Wire (filmed in Baltimore) where they were at an open air restaurant cracking crab...mmmm I started missing fresh crab from Seattle |

Funny, I was just home for vacation and made sure I bought a couple of big tins of Old Bay. I like it on chicken. |

We had steamed crab for lunch today. I got three whole halves in my 5-inch diameter bowl. If I could have figured out how to extract the ounce of meat from under the exoskeleton some butter would probably have gone very well with it. |

Apparently there's some all you eat crab/lobster place on Yongsan. I dunno if the hubsters will want to be around soldiers on his r&r, but I've heard it's really good there. I'll find out the name. |

Go to the Noryangjin fish market, bring some butter, go buy a crab, bring it to a restaurant upstairs, they cook it, they shell it, they melt the butter, you eat it. Mashida! |

It's in the Main Post Club, but only on Saturday nights. I've never been but I've been told it's great. Good luck! |

I second this. I was there a few weeks ago and wished I had thought of bringing butter. I'd pick up some tiger prawns while youre at it. |
