| Screening for severe mental disorders is a criteria for immigration to Canada. If this Li character was crazy when he cut that dudes head off, he was crazy when he migrated to Canada. The Dr. or "professional" who approved him should be canned. |

And you know that he had this condition upon immigration...how, exactly? Where'd you get your license to practice medicine? |

Median age for onset of schizophrenia is 25, he immigrated at 35. |

I don't. But if the quacks are going to say he isn't responsible, I want one of the quacks who approved his migration to my home to be canned. |

Great question. Instead of thinking of psychiatry as an inexact science, I prefer to think of it as a pseudo-science. |
