Hello,
Do any gyms do spinning classes. I tried a few and they dont. Nothing gives you a work out like spinning!! On line 2 on subway ?

American, no doubt. Perhaps go slumming a few more blocks away. You may even find a Starbuck's.

They are a group of Seoul triathletes both Korean and expat from all over the world. I believe a few are spinning instructors here in Seoul. Send them a shout as they often travel about Korea for triathlons and bike races.
I joined a gym in on Songdo and they have non-Spinning brand cycling classes. I was a spinning instructor for 2 years (and NEVER drank a Starbucks) and fantasized about doing it again over the winter. However, the bikes were too small! Although I am a giant (6'5") they usually can be adjusted to fit. Nope. I ride my trainer at home, thank you. |

I'd never heard of spinning.
Just sounded like something fatass country club ladies do in groups when they decide not to watch soap operas.
Now I know.
Apologies for jumping to conclusions.
I just got a recumbent bike, on doctor's orders, and don't even do that enough. |
