Hi. I'm near Daejeon Chungnam.... Does anyone know of any places that does electrolysis on fine facial hair for males and females... dark hairs and blond hairs???

go down to dunsan-dong and walk into any pibu gwa and they will probably do some sort of laser hair removal....a big one is Oracle pibu gwa....

You should know that lasers are not effective on very fair hair, since they reflect the laser light. The darker the hair, the more laser energy absorbed, so it would work best on black hair - but, if the skin is also very dark as well, it doesn't work well, since the skin also absorbs the laser energy. The best situation is: dark hair, fair skin - the more contrast between hair color and skin, the better the laser works. And the finer the hair, the less it works as less energy is absorbed. A fair number of treatments would be required which would cost more. It's probably a waste of (a lot of) money to get the treatment on blond hair, or fine, fair hair. Electrolysis is probably the best way.
