I looked through a search and found info on whey protein, but has anyone found affordable egg based protein powder (the whey messes up my stomach).
I checked out mass119, but I only saw whey--though my Korean skills are a hindrance there.

at my Korean gym they sell protein prowder that seems egg based - (the label is partially in English ). If anything this seems to be the Korean preference?? (little do they know). Is it all whey that screws up your stomach? or just some/certain products? whey is the way to go but if you can't, I understand. IMO, you should have no problem getting egg based stuff, if anything ask at your gym or ask a Korean co-teacher/friend that question. |

Scaggs,
I believe that if you go to bodybuilding.com, they have a list of non-whey based protein powders. You could print this out and correlate it to what's on the mass119 site and order that way. |

Go back to mass119.com home page, try the second drop down menu (brands) and scroll down to 'optimum nutrition' there is an egg based protein on the first page. |
