I'm taking a break from Korea and am in the US now.
If you seriously want anything I can get it and ship it to you but only if you pay for it first. |

I have an open ticket but probably sometime in May. However my suitcase will probably be full with things for me that's why I'd rather ship what you want seperately. |

I want 2 pairs of 36X31 Docker pants, one khaki and one creme colored, a bag of taco bell sauce packets, an American suit, frozen fillets of catfish, frozen deer tenderloin, deer jerky, hawthorn herbal pills, multivitamins, and my lifelong best friend who is only a small 95 pounder. I'd go ahead and have someone I know ship these, but I don't, becuase only expensive air mail service is offer by US postal since they dropped cheap surface mail service which is a real downer. A 2 pound jar of natural peanut butter and a couple small things costed like $50 and it was tough getting someone to take the time to post it for me. |

Am I missing something?
What you are offering is to buy stuff in the States on someone else's behalf and then ship that stuff to Korea, as long as that person has sent you money for all that in the first place, is that right? You're not going to bring anything yourself but only ship.
I'm not sure I really understand; it's like who would need that? Who doesn't have any friends or relatives who can do the exact same thing for a lot less trouble?
Is that a scam or what? Maybe it's me; maybe I misunderstood your post. I don't know, but the way I see it it's really weird. |

then post this thread one week before you leave.
And... I guess all of the americans have families back there. Why not ask their family.
good luck.
Thanks for your kindness, if it is. |

This is not a scam at all. If you look at my history (all my posts before here) I've always been helpful with advice and whatnot. That's just my nature I guess.
I'd rather do it now to get it out of the way then spend my last week running all over town and to the post office with your orders.
Not everybody is from the US or has friends or family that would or could take the time to do this.
Frankly, I don't like bothering my family all the time to send me things I miss, not that they mind but sometimes they give me a little hell/guilt for it like "you should live in the US if you want this stuff!" Sometimes I wish there was someone out there who'd offer to do this for me. Also, I saw that the poster coming from NY didn't manage to bring anything people requested.
Anyway, my offer is sincere. If it's too weird or you feel too uncomfortable or don't trust me then don't take a chance is all I can say. |

I know what you mean. I don't like asking friends and family to send stuff. Thanks for your offer. |

Thanks, Scamps, it's true sometimes these requests bring about complaints from family members. Is it ok if I order something online and have it shipped to your address? How do I pay you? Send a check? |

Find a specialty liquor shop and bring me a bottle of Cayman Rum (at least 750 ml) unopened and I'll pay 100,000 won for it.

100,000 won for a bottle of rum from the Cayman Islands. I mean it. |
