I've got a headache today, which may have causes which have nothing to do with the yellow dust. But, there may be a connection.

Anyone else suffering headache?

It very well could be. Also people complain about a sore throat as well. I have worn a mask both yesterday and today. While it may be unfashionable, at least I'm breathing in a lot less of the crap in the air.

My advice is go to a pharmacy and buy a mask and keep it on hand for the yellow dust days.

Yes, that's wise advice.

Today I spotted a young girl who had on the dust mask. I thought to myself that she was smart for wearing one. Then, when she got in the elevator, she looked into the mirror and pulled down the mask to see how her plastic surgery was healing. My judgment changed. I thought her nose job was quite. . .sparkling.

Yeah my head FT was sick today so I had to cover a class. It's nice outside today, but I'll stay in as much as I can for the time being.

I've been rockin' the mask over the past two days. If I am consistent (read daily) I feel so much better. When I am not, I feel like I am underwater or someone is sitting on my chest.

I get headaches from the dust. It feels like my head is being crushed from the outside, and my chest burns, too. The yellow dust is definitely not a good thing for general health. I always notice the sick feelings within a few hours of the onset of the dust.

The medications that I'm on so that I can breathe are making me sleepy and depressed.
