So what's with the rude question? It's like asking a woman how much do you weigh? |

Most English teachers/backpackers here in Korea are young. They are like in their 20s. There are some older teachers/backpackers in the universities though. |

Many career changers in their 30's fullfiling their wanderlust for a non-traditional lifestyle of travel, exploring other cultures, and seeing the world? All the others I know of are in their 20's and then 2 others are in their 50's. Get married, have kids, settle down, and work a job offering only 1 week a year off which you'll sell back just to gain 1 week on being behind on the costs of raising a family? Not! It's my life, sorry mom for not bringing in some grandkids and staying home. I know of a few teachers from early 20's to late 50's and they're all single and childless, except one married to a Korean who is 30, but been here for like 6 years.
I'd say they come in all ages and mostly living the good ol' single life, but much fewer 30 something year olds than other age groups as most are raising kids at home. If you're 30 something and here, you're probably a lone ranger like me or You've been here a while and living the family life with your Korean wife. |

I'm 25 and pretty much everyone I know/hang out with is aged 23~32. That'd be influenced by my own age though. 28 seems to be the mean. |

All of my co-workers have been in their 20's, except one 50 year old.
Do chains like YBM or CDI hire people over age 30? I'm early 30's but really want to avoid kindergarten. Who hires the old folks??! |
