Worknplay doesn't seem to have as many posted as they used to. And englishspectrum consistently has less postings anyways. Any other sites out there that I've missed? Thanks.

worknplay have just started to charge recruiters in the last week or so which is why there are very few jobs posted now.

Whatever you do, please stop accepting 30.000 won per hour for your labor. Agents get paid anywhere from 80k to 100 + for you. Request more consistently. At least go to 40. 50 is better. You will get that, if you hold on determinably.
I don't want to have to start lobbying, as I envisage I would have to do if illegal workers reduce the base minimums during the crisis - when Korea becomes swamped with economic refugees. I have kids to feed and clothe and costs bite me hard.

PS: Private lessons are illegal. PT work tends to go against the restrictions of an E2 license. Agents employing you are also at the whim of legalities. Keep that in mind when you post here about details of websites that encourage illegal work. Well, if you are going to do it do it well. Charge more than what you think you are worth! Double it even.

Uh don't be an idiot. It's not illegal to work PT if your on an F-visa like myself and some others. Didn't need a lecture from you, was just curious as to whether there was another job site that all the worknplay traffic is being redirected to.

You were not the original writer of the thread to who my post was directed. So, I wonder ... what's the hostility ...and why the 'idiot' thing? That's just plain rude.
You have an F-visa. So, there's no need for you to be bothered with the implications of what I write, unless you expect Tax Service difficulties ...
There's nothing in my post that I can see that warrants me being called an, 'idiot.' I'm conservative and protective. Korea's not 'a phase' for me.

I look at your post - I see an English teacher or whathaveyou write, 'your' instead of 'you're.' 그건 기본 것인데, 그러면 누구 바보냐고 묻고 ...

그만, 짜증나.

A long time Korean friend wanted me to teach her daughter for 10,000 won/hour. lol- Yes, I have an F-2.

So, I told her I was busy but I knew a Brit that would do it three times/ week.

Last time I saw her, she was complaining because the guy didn't know what to say to her daughter for an hour....lol.

Moral is that those who take the low pay usually suck. My friend knows never to "hire" a "foreign teacher" for 10K again. She actually told me she would pay me 20k/hour. I told her I know a canadian guy.....

The idiots that take 30K for teaching business are the worse. I can't count the number of business jobs I've cut the recruiter out of and walked into and the students tell me that the previous E teacher didn't know what to do... I explain to them that its because they were teaching illegally and that they were being way underpaid...

anyway
