hello, I am just wondering...

I am (in American speak sorry) 6'1, around 230. Will I find NO cloths in South Korea? I also wear a 13 (US), again... is this tuff luck? I am not trying to sound like an ass... but I know the stereotypes of Asians, and... I feel I will not find cloths in Korea. I don't consider myself giant, but...

will this be a problem?

thanks!

yep, it will be a problem! Unless you want clothes specially made. Thur, you can find big clothes at times but the quality will suck. Koreans do not really use much cotton and fabrics that breath.

So get what you need back home!

If you're living in Seoul just go shopping in Itaewon. I'm size 13 for shoes, too and that's the only place I've found shoes my size.

Korea isnt like Japan where everyone is tiny, many Korean guys are fairly big, too (tall at least). You might have some trouble finding correct waist sizes, although, again, in Itaewon, they have 'big and tall' stores so you should be ok.

But, yes, go shopping before you come, just in case.

...before big hoes?

You'll have no problem in Itaewon, but the clothes are rather hiphop/ghetto.

One can purchase clothes in other cities in Korea, but you need to look for them. There are big/tall shops in most major and even minor cities and towns. I've seen Koreans Taller than I. I'm 6'2. Wear a size 15 american, can find shoes in ChungJu and Seoul.

OP, ignore samd for many reasons, and other people who have the time to care about spelling on an Internet forum.

I'm average height and size and can find clothing in Seoul, but I choose not to because of Korean fashion. Even when something looks alright, I find it easier to import my own brands and sizes.

Hey OP, just read this post again, didn't quite come across the way I pictured. Sorry for being a dick.
