I have tried drying my clothes with what I was told is the drying option on the thing and it just seems to spin the clothes around. Anybody got any insight into these things? I got no real good place to dry my clothes and figuring this thing out would be a big help.

Yeah, it's not really a true dryer, like we're used to. They are next to worthless, from what I hear.

some kind of steam dry, i don't quite understand. mine usually took 2 hrs to dry the load, and came out just a bit damp. an hour later, clothes were dry and wrinkle free.

I need to pick up batteries from my camera on my way home from work. So far all I got the thing to do is spin the clothes around for 15 minutes on the dry function

I've used the Tromm before, which I think is the combo washer and dryer set. Unlike back home where we have a vent hooked up to the dryer, the Tromm doesn't have one so they use intense heat to dry clothes. It's no surprise that clothes smell a bit burnt at the end.

I would stick to hang drying if I were you. Do a load before you leave the house for the day so you don't have to contend with a drying rack in a small space for a long time.

You don't have a combo unit. It's just a washing machine.

Well thats pretty retarded cause my co-teacher went on about how it's a dryer but drying uses a lot of electricity. Korea is a pain in my ass.

Maybe she or your school was duped into paying for a dryer/washer combo but the company just delivered a normal one.

Are these the only buttons on the machine? Are there no other ones?

I don't think so. She was looking right at the thing while she talked about it and told me which one was the Dry function but I figured I must be doing something else wrong or maybe my memory was faulty.
