Room in spacious apartment to let starting April 25th.
I'm looking for a smart, interesting, clean roommate for my apartment in Haebangchon. The person shouldn't smoke nor party too much. I'm into cooking, writing, reading, and playing wii. I have a small dog and the person should be friendly to him.
The apartment is a large 3-bedroom apartment that is in an apartment complex. There is security 24 hours a day. It's about 38 pyung or something. It has an oven, a washer/dryer, wireless internet, and air conditioning. It gets cleaned regularly and it is pretty modern. The apartment is 5 minutes from Noksopyeong Station and it is near a bus stop that goes to City Hall and Gangnam.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, dressers, and a closet. The rent is 500,000 + half utilities. I'm only looking for one roommate. Utilities come to around 100,000 a month. You won�t have to put any key money down but I would like 1 month�s rent in advance.
I am looking for a roommate until August.
The place is fully furnished, so please don't bring extra furniture.
