Hi everybody, I have a problem I just learnt that the first school, KANGSEO WONDERLAND, i was a teacher at, conned me and other teachers by NOT paying us for our breaks, holidays and weekends. According to the labour board it says that all schools have to pay you on a fixed date i.e 10th of every months thus that school which conned us only paid us for every 120 hrs. secondly they deducted the 4% tax from my salary but never gave me any receipts. I am sure they kept that amount for themselves.
Does anybody know how to go abt this problem? Is there a chance for me to complain abt this even though this happened about a year ago? What is the procedure abt someting like this? Should I just call the school and threaten them to pay me or else Ill take them to the labour board?

Am advice would be greatly appriciated.

WTF does the above mean?

No. An application to the Labor Relations Commission ('Labor Board') must be made within three months from the date of occurrence of the unfair practice.

Go to a Labor office, with a Korean friend, and ask them if you can file against your former employer. Tell them what happened.
