Just wondering if GEPIK usually place teachers in apartments or 1 rooms/studios for accommodation? I know with SMOE it's usually studios but with GEPIK being Gyeongido I was thinking maybe a bigger place?
(Just weighing up my options between the 2 qand a bigger place might swing me to GEPIK.)

Also, do many of you do afterschool programs to earn the extra cash?

If your school doesn't have an afterschool program can you do another schools (GEPIK) afterschool if you get permission by GEPIK? or are you tied to the school you work for?

I have done a search but couldn't find specific topics related to this.

I think it's completely dependent on your school and your luck.
(logic also says you're likely to get a potentially bigger place in a less congested area, but that logic doesn't also always hold water)

Sometimes bigger place=much higher winter utilities, so it ain't all it's cracked up to be

personally, I'd take a small officetel over almost all the apartments I've seen
