|
|
Hey guys...
Trying to purchase some PC related stuff online from a Korean site... they appear to deliver international from my translation, but payments are all done via bank transfer...
Is this standard stuff? Don't they have any credit card processing / online payment systems like Paypal, Moneybookers etc over here?
I'm surprised Koreans are so trusting of one another!
Thanks |

Yes, they have it. In many cases, you need to sign up with a service that uses an encryption key you store on a flash card or USB key. You often need that at sites to make payments with your credit card. It's a form of fraud protection. |

Thanks for the heads up, Bassexpander...
Could you point me in the direction of any of these services? One of those wonderful Korean things that never shows up in English language searches
Thanks again... |
