the price depends on which trunk provider you use.
There are several..
002
00388
00700
(ie: 00700-63-91-123-4567)
Prices run up to 1000 won per minute with some providers.
For best pricing... get a calling card... they cost about 13k won and give you a couple hours of talk time to the Philippines.

Go to any convenience store and pick up an international calling card. I use the 162 card, but I just looked and you only get like 20 minutes when calling the Philippines Shop around for others card though. Good luck |

Why not get a calling card? Most Family Marts and other chain stores sell international cards in various amounts.
I frequently get a card from family mart that gives 56 minutes of calling time to the states for 5,000 won. There are certain cards for different countries..all you have to do is look for the flag on the misc. cards.
In my case there are several cards that call the states, but the one I usually get gives the minutes stated about for 5,000 won. The card from SK telecom is for the same amount but only gives half the minutes for the amount you purchase. |

00700 is very cheap. I was using phone cards but switched because 00700 turned out to be cheaper. Even cheaper if you get a landline.... same with phone card-ahs |
