As many will be aware, most public school contracts (if not all) were changed recently with a cash payment replacing the paid tickets for the home leave of those who renew.
Previously, most people had to provide their boarding passes and stuff to get the flight reimbursed. What will happen under the new system? Do you still have to make a trip and provide evidence to get your cash payment or can you just stay in Korea and still bag the cash? If you stayed in Korea and bagged the cash, would schools try to make you work during the scheduled home leave? |

| Do the people who came to SMOE, EPIK, or whatever in August 08 get reimbursement or do we get the 1.3 mil as well? Anyone know? |

It should say in your contract.
When you arrived, did you get 1.3mill or did you get re-imbursed? Same thing will happen when your contract finishes. |

Neither for me. I haven't heard anything about these changes. |
