| Does anyone know if you can exchange currency at the consulate in NYC? Or do I have to wait until I arrive in Korea? |

Yes, you can exchange currency at the consulate.
The Korean consulate in NYC, offers a full array of banking services; savings, loans, venture capital and forex. |
