Hey guys

I'm looking to get a new Samsung/LG PAL TV with scart, etc but they don't have any here!

Is there an import store somewhere in Seoul that would sell this type of TV?

Thanks

HD tvs don't need/have pal/ntsc it's a digital format while pal/ntsc are analog. Scart is pretty much just a european format

Why do you need a SCART connection?

You would probably have to import from Europe if you really want a SCART connection.

As already said, digital TV's are happy with PAL or NTSC.

Thanks for the replies

I was just wondering because I brought some devices over that only have scart connections

Devices that have only SCART? No coaxial connection? I'm curious what kind of video device would have no coaxial connection.

Monitors will play anything. Probably need a tuner to use it as a TV without a computer. I can watch PAL shows on my computer via a 16:10 HD monitor.

Thanks

I brought over my DVD and VHS players (don't ask why!), so that's why I'm trying to get a Euro TV model here

It would be cheaper to buy a new dvd and vhs than to get a tv with scart, hell it would probably be cheaper to get new ones than to buy an adapter
